Triathlon: Swim 750 m • Bike 32 km • Run 8 km
Duathlon: Run 2.2 km • Bike 32 km • Run 8 km

Swim: mass start at 9:00 am.

Roads not closed to traffic .

Helmets are mandatory.

No MP3 Players on the bike or run.

Water stations every 2 km on the run.
Bring your own for the bike. 

The transition area is located on Lakeshore Drive in
Barry’s Bay on the north shore of Kaminiskeg Lake.

The Course

The bike course heads up Hwy 62 and turns left on Hwy 60 to just east of Aylen Lake Rd. before returning to Barry’s Bay.

The course has a total climb and descent of 371 m (1215 ft) over the 32 km distance.

Runners leave the transition area and head 4 km out to Kartuzy Road before racing back to the finish line. The course has a total climb and descent of 54 m (175 ft) over the 8 km distance.

We also offer a duathlon — great for those athletes who do not want to swim. Duathletes start the race with a 2.2 km run and then join the triathletes on the bike and run courses described above.
